ji hong & seung yi in toronto
While we were in Toronto we were really amazed at how proficicent aunts have become with using the computer. My old scrap heap Acer was up on their dining room table and apparently they'd been checking in on this site every day. They'd gotten up to speed with using a writing tablet for Chinese characters, and had even been checking out a few news sites. To help them out (since the Acer had, as you know, no keyboard or battery or CD drive) we bought them a new computer with a video camera installed already so that we can video conference with them. Cool, huh? Until the weekend, though, when we can walk them through using Skype step by step, we've got some photos to keep them entertained. Hope you are all doing well, aunts and Gramma, and we hope you've gotten over your colds. We miss you alot but eating the noodles, pate, pork floss and cookies you sent (though not all at the same time) is helping to alleviate our sadness.
Here are the men on arrival in Toronto. Note Ji's inability to fully open his eyes. I have no clue whatsoever what Phet's eating, but by the time both of us got back here to Delhi our pants were very very tight. Could been the poutine, mighta been the cheese. Coulda been the pork rinds, mighta been the KFCs.
There were a number of photos Ji took of aunts and Gramma while they were sleeping and he was awake due to jet lag. I won't post those in the interests of aunts still giving me a place to stay when I go to Toronto. Instead, a picture of Ji outside aunts' place. Adorably, you can see aunts watching him from the window.

After Seung Yi and I arrived, she revelled in playing with Nga Gu, Nhe Gu, Say Gu, and Gramma. She loves, loves, loves them soooo much. Here she is eating mush, but oh how I wish I'd been able to snap a picture of her getting sucks on a lollipop from Nhe Gu!
