not pleased learning some cool new stuff*

This computer is driving me crazy very nice, and I am finding it to be an exciting challenge to figure how to use a mac. When I try to get rid of some of the posts here on the front page, for some reason I can't see any of the text after about half the posts. Oh, they're still coming up in the code view, so they're there, but I can't see them or move them. Then, when I try to copy the post out as I usually do, it disappears after I save it. Sure, there have been some glitches, but I'm sure they'll all get sorted out in good time. And iPhoto sucks while perhaps not everyone's cup of tea, does have some exciting features to recommend it. It won't import anything unless I import every single image on the camera, and I can't select specific images to import or delete from the camera. It's quite different from what I'm used to, but what the hey! This old horse can learn a new trick or two!

So, although I have a bunch of new photos and a video of SY's FIRST TOOTH getting tapped with a metal spoon (whoo hoo!) they will not be going up today. Cause Phet's not around and I can't figure this stupid thing out I have perservered and have not yet given up hope. I'm s-m-r-t and a silly ol' computer can't phase me!

Boo. Yay!

*Post modified so as to not create nagging horror of a wife who makes marriage a complete downer for her husband, who really is a very wonderful man who just spent a gazillion dollars on a new piece of technology that wife really should appreciate.
